Federal Treasurer pulls out of G20 summit

Prime Minister Scott Morrison won't have his Liberal deputy by his side when he attends the G20 summit in Argentina this month.

Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has withdrawn from attending the G20 summit in Argentina.

Mr Frydenberg was due to attend the Buenos Aires meeting this month, alongside Prime Minister Scott Morrison.

But he will instead stay in Canberra where the government is dealing with the fallout from losing its majority in parliament.
