Former Arizona Diamondbacks Korean pitcher, Kim Byung-hyun joins ABL Melbourne Aces for 2018-2019 season.

On the Melbourne Aces official Facebook page, the Aces announced "Geelong might have a Korean team, but we have one of the greatest Korean players of all time! Please welcome World Series Hero Byung Hyun Kim!”
Kim is best known for his years with the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Boston Red Sox in MLB. And Kim has also pitched in Japan and in the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO). In 2014, he was traded to the Kia Tigers in South Korea.
