Wife Jermimah and late husband Sebastian Moylan married in 2015.

On the night of Sebastian's death on Wednesday August 14, the 27-year-old widow appealed to the New South Wales Supreme Court seeking permission to have her husband's sperm removed from his body so that she can have his baby.

And the NSW Supreme Court gave her permission to 'harvest' the sperm.

A day later, a doctor from the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital performed the surgery to extract the sperm.

Although she has won the right to have the sperm removed and stored, she needs further legal permission to use it.
