How to Make Kkochi Jeon to celebrate LNY

How to make a Kkochi Jeon at home to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

Ingredients

Canola oil/ Egg/ salt/ Flour/ Crab stick/ Danmuji (Pickled yellow radish)/ Spring onion/ Ham (or beef)/ King trumpet mushrooms (or rice cake)

Recipe

1. Cut ingredients to the same size

2. Put one of each of the ingredients on the toothpicks

3. Lightly toss them in the flour (only one side)

4. Coat both sides with some of the salted beaten eggs.

5. Cook in a pan with some oil on low to medium heat until it turns golden brown.
