Ingredients
Sliced Tteok (rice cake)/ Sliced Beef/ 2 eggs/ Spring onion/ 1 teaspoon vegetable oil/ 1 teaspoon sesame oil/ Water 1000ml/ Minced garlic/ 2 tablespoons Soy sauce/ 1 tablespoon fish sauce
Recipe
1. Soak the tteok(rice cake) slices in cold water for about 20 minutes
2. Add vegetable oil and sesame oil and cook the beef in a pan

3. Add Water (1000ml) and boil for 30 minutes

4. Add soy sauce to the soaked tteok slice and mix it well

5. Whip 2 eggs in a bowl and pour the egg mixture into the pan
6. Slice the egg garnish thinly

7. Add tteok slices to the boiling soup until soft, about 5–8 minutes.
8. Add minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce and spring onion.
