Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Sydney released the information how to register or apply for overseas voter/ overseas absentee?

Overseas voters and overseas absentee have to submit the application Form during the overseas voter registration period (40 days prior to the election day) and they can easily register or apply by website of Republic of Korea National Election Commission. (http://ova.nec.go.kr)
