Soy sauce 6 spoons
Sugar 2 spoons
Starch syrup 6 spoons
Vegetable oil 3 spoons
Minced garlic 1/2 spoon
Black pepper and salt

[Starch noodle]
Boil 2 bunches of noodles in boiling water in a big pot for about 8 minutes
Drain them
On a heated pan, add sauce
add 6 spoons of water and Stir it.
Add sesame oil and mix it up. Set aside
Cut the noodles several times

Put a cooked starch noodle
Add olive oil 2 spoons
Season with salt and pepper
Add 5 cherry tomatoes (Half cut)
Add baby spinach
Add sliced carrot
Add sliced onion
Add sliced cucumber and mix.
