Second Sauce

Gochujang (Korean red chili paste) 1T

Sweet chili sauce ¼ cup

Sugar 1T

[Cook]

Add cooking oil

Cook the ‘Tteok’(rice cake) in a pan

Place on skewer

Add the measured sauce 1 and boil down

Wipe the pan

Add the measured sauce 2 and boil down

Place in a bowl

tip - It needs to be cooked under low heat
