KOTRA Melbourne (Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency Melbourne) will hold sixth Job conference at the Multicultural Hub from 5 pm on May 31.

This conference is an annual job mentoring program, which is considered the opportunity for the network that conveys complex visa laws and know-how to get a job in Australia.

Yongseop Byeon, senior manager of KOTRA Melbourne explained the reason why they named this year’s conference as ‘CA special activities’

“Because this year’s conference will be a part of ‘Career Accelerator (CA) program’ which we are implementing” Byeon said.

The Career Accelerator program, run by the KOTRA Melbourne, is a capacity-building program designed to reduce the gap between job seekers and business owners, providing packages of job seekers' capacity building, mentoring and job support.

At this conference, Anthony(President of I-Migration) will give lecture on ‘Everything about the Australia’s visa law’ and Eric (President of Nebal Australia) will give lecture on “Useful information for the working holiday visa holders’.

Following these lectures, a senior worker working in IT, cooking, office work, welding, hotel and accounting will deliver their successful job stories.

Yongseop Byeon said the presenters would share their experiences and know-how that gone through while overcoming the process in Australia.

“This conference has been organized to encourage young people who are tired of employment and visa problems and we want to help them by showing them the channels for job success” Byeon said.
