Rebel MPs move to dump Gladys Berejiklian over abortion legislation

Three NSW MPs are reportedly planning to move a motion to oust Gladys Berejiklian over concerns about abortion legislation.

Three rebel Liberal MPs are planning to move a spill motion aimed at ousting Gladys Berejiklian as NSW Premier over her handling of abortion legislation. 

Staunch opponents of the legislation, Mulgoa MP Tanya Davies and upper house Liberals Matthew Mason-Cox and Lou Amato, are planning to move the "empty chair" motion on Tuesday morning.
