The Australian coffee shop project training people with disabilities to be baristas

A cafe in Melbourne is the first in a program rolling out nationally offering training for workers who have autism and other learning difficulties and matching them with future employers.

Bianca Ward was bullied from the age of five because of her learning disability.

After struggling to find work, she went on to further education, and now 20, says things are on the up.
