Two teens cautioned after climbing Sydney tower

Two boys aged 13 and 14 have escaped with a police caution after they were arrested for climbing a 111m high tower in central Sydney.

Two boys have been let off with a police caution after they climbed a landmark Sydney tower in an act captured on video.

The boys, 13 and 14, were arrested on Monday afternoon after climbing the 111m high AWA communications tower and building complex at Wynyard.

Police said the pair were taken to Day Street Police Station where they were met by their parents and spoken to by police.

They were to receive an official caution, police said.
