Wanderers cling on to top spot despite Roar stalemate

Western Sydney Wanderers have dropped their first A-League points of the season but have returned to the top of the table with a 0-0 draw at home to Brisbane.

Like Sydney last week, winless Roar would have left Bankwest Stadium wondering how they failed to score and have just one goal to show from three games. 

Wanderers goalkeeper Daniel Lopar pulled off three saves in each half to help preserve a point for Wanderers, who were more of an attacking presence than in last week's rearguard effort, but at times looked listless.
