2016 Kimchi Seminar organised by consulate general of the republic of Korea in Melbourne took place.
Kimchi is a popular and daily cuisine for Korean and it is called as the pearl of Korean cuisine recently. Korean Chef Heather Jung, who has appeared on TV shows including Food Safari and Kitchen Conversations, demonstrated cooking Kimchi at the seminar.
The Consulate-General of Republic of Korea in Melbourne Mr Hongju Jo addressed the visitors a hearty welcome.

Around 260 guests including The Hon. Robin Scott MP, Minister for Multicultural Affairs and Finance in Victoria and The Hon. Ted Baillieu, former Victorian Premier came to this seminar to enjoy Kimchi.
