Australia is out of the 2018 FIFA Russia World Cup after losing two-nil to Peru and Korea Republic plays against the World’s ranking #1 Germany tonight in the final Group F match.

The Socceroos needed to beat the Peruvians, and also have Denmark lose to France, to have a chance of progressing to the knockout stage.

However, goals to Andre Carillo before half-time, and Captain Paolo Guerrero after it, extinguished Australia's chances, and consigned them to finish win less at the bottom of group C.

Both France and Denmark advance to the knockout stages from this group after finishing the game drew nil-all.

Tonight Korea republic is chasing a slim chance to go to the next round.

In spite of two losses, Korean hopes of reaching the round of 16 are still alive but only if Mexico beat Sweden tonight.

SBS Korean program's Russia World Cup panel in Sydney, Jun Lee and Bryant Yoon analyses the Australia v Peru match.

The panel also shares their analysis and prediction about the match Korea v Germany.
