SBS Korean program’s 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Special segment presents analysis of the host nation’s victory in the opening game over the Saudi Arabia as well as predictions for the weekend games.


2018 FIFA World Cup kicked off in Russia on Thursday night.

Russia once again proved the World Cup tradition that host nations have never lost their opening match. Russia has made a huge 5:0 victory in their opening game against Saudi Arabia.

SBS Korean program's Russia World Cup special today examine the opening game. A soccer panel of three in Sydney, Jun Lee, Bryant Yoon and Jeremy Eom also provide predictions for the weekend games including the Socceroo’s first match against France on Saturday 16 June.
