Although Australia drew 1-1 with Denmark yesterday, there are still hopes and chances of reaching the knockout rounds alive.


The second round of games in the 2018 FIFA World Cup group stage is now forming.

Croatia who thrashed Lionel Messi's Argentina today 3-0 has joined the host country Russia, Uruguay and France for the round of 16.

Although Australia drew 1-1 with Denmark yesterday, there are still hopes and chances of reaching the knockout rounds alive.

If Australia wins against Peru by scoring many goals on Wednesday 27 June the Socceroos can have a chance in the next stage and in this case, Australia needs France to beat Denmark.

Republic of Korea also still has hope and chance to be qualified for the round of 16 if they win against Mexico on Sunday 24 June.
