Korean Buddhist nun Venerable Seon Jae, who also acts as the president of the Korean Food Promotion Institute conducts a lecture about health Korean cuisine.


The Korean Cultural Centre Australia presents a lecture about Korean cuisine, ‘A Story of Delicious and Healthy Korean Cuisine’ on November 3, 2018.

The special lecture was led by Korean Buddhist nun Venerable Seon Jae.

Venerable Seon Jae is also the president of the Korean Food Promotion Institute and she is the most sought-after individuals in the temple foods industries.

The lecture explores the distinctive nature of temple food and the use of fermentation in Korean food.
