Australian Customer service has come a long way in recent years but it still pales in comparison to the level of service and convenience available in Korea. Leah and Michael share customer services experiences from Korea and Australia and discuss some of the key attributes that makes Korean service one of the best in the world.

In Korea, the customer is truly the king (or Queen) and Michael shares some of his experiences living in Korea and the amazing levels of customer service, including his first interaction with table bell service that made ordering at a restaurant so much more easier. In recent years Australian service has improved and has come a long way from only 5 or so years ago. Michael and Leah discuss some of their own experiences with good and bad customer service and talk about the cultural mindset behind why a 'customer is king' mentality might be difficult in Australia.
