Apple and Samsung are still most recommendable brands in smartphone industry. But, KANTAR analysed that, Apple has two problems. First is too expensive price decrease selling product, and second is customers are now using their handset longer.

Apple increase iPhone price annually, but it looks not working anymore. New version, iPhone XS and XR only takes 15.2 per cent of market share, so Apple lose market share in Australia to Android phones.
