The Constitutional Court in South Korea ruled that the anti-graft law, dubbed the Kim Young-ran Act, was constitutional. The act is scheduled to take effect Sept. 28, 2016.


The Constitutional Court in South Korea ruled that the anti-graft law, dubbed the Kim Young-ran Act, was constitutional. The act is scheduled to take effect Sept. 28, 2016. The law will cover for public servants, journalists, private school teachers and their spouses. We will discuss about this issue with Korean political commentator J. S. Seo.
