Dr Kang is the celebrity doctor who implicated in the death of Korean famous singer Shin Hae Chul and he stapled the stomach of an Australian man last year.
Dr Kang is being charged with failing to transfer the patient to a bigger hospital and conducting several stomach operations on him.
