The CS Gender 3000 report by the Credit Suisse Research Institute found Australia achieved significant growth in the gender diversity in business.

Australia and New Zealand’s percentage of women on boards had increased from 19.5 % in 2015 to 29.6 % in 2019.

The countries seeing the biggest proportional increase in the last five years have been Malaysia, France, Australia, Germany and Austria (between 9.4% and 12.8%).
