Boxing Day is a holiday celebrated on the day after Christmas Day. It was started in the United Kingdom and spread to Commonwealth.
This day is also called as Saint Stephen’s day or Second Christmas Day in most of Europe.
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the origin of Boxing Day is defined as, "the first week-day after Christmas-day, observed as a holiday on which post-men, errand-boys, and servants of various kinds expect to receive a Christmas-box".
However, for the England Premier League, this is the hottest day because of many games opened.
