David Cameron has resigned as PM of Britain, saying the country requires fresh leadership to take it out of the EU.
David Cameron has announced that he will step down in October after Britons voted in a referendum to exit the European Union in an historic referendum.
The Leave campaign won with 52 per cent, with 48 per cent voting to stay in the bloc.
David Cameron - who campaigned for Britain to stay in the EU - says the British people have made a clear decision to follow a different path.
