Australia’s three major mobile network Telco announced smartphone plan with unlimited text, call and data in May 2018, which will serve more data for heavy users without worrying about data limits.

There are some differences between Telco, but normally, you can have ‘Unlimited plan’ in around $60 in BYO conditions comes with unlimited data monthly, including 40~80GB of data at 4G network speeds and then capped at 1.5Mbps afterwards.

After speeds capped at 1.5Mbps, you can still enjoy browse the web and access social media, but not suitable for high resolution video clip.

Some Telco were served unlimited data in specific area, such as, AFL, NRL and netball game live or Spotify, Google Play Music stream service, but this is the first time in Australia to service unlimited data in every conditions.
