Federal opposition frontbencher Bill Shorten says the COVIDSafe app had not once helped with contact tracing.


The Prime Minister said it would be our ticket to freedom, but the government's COVIDSafe app has been labelled a failure by Labor.

Residents in metropolitan Melbourne are subject to stay-at-home orders and can only leave home for essential work, study, exercise or care responsibilities. People are also advised to wear masks in public.
