The daily telegraph interviews winner of the MasterChef Korea in 2014, Gwangho Choi, who studied commercial cookery in Sydney.


Gwanho Choi also known as Sid graduated Sydney's William Blue College of Hospitality Management where he found passion and love for a commercial cooking. After trained in a remote resort in Uluru he returned to Korea and joined the biggest television cooking competition in the country, MasterChef Korea. He couldn't get through to the final at the first time but he didn't give up and tried again next year. Eventually, he surprised the country with fine and unique Korean dishes with beautiful presentation and he won the 2014 title and a $300,000 cash prize.

Now he came back to Australia under a scholarship provided by William Blue College of Hospitality Management.
