Yes : At least, we can get a chance to learn something. If there are no chance as like unpaid internship, we have to pay to someone and learn it. Also can get a work experience and it will help for the future.
No : There are always problems that "unpaid work".
Company gives often work that doesn't help to work experience. Even worker naturally being lazier than he or she expect at work because no pay become no challenge.
