A newly published book titled ‘For Those Dreaming of Migrating’ written by a Korean working holiday maker turned restaurateur in Melbourne is in spotlight of the Korean mainstream media.
The author Ka Young Alice Park came to Australia on a working holiday visa 10 years ago and now she has become a restauranteur and chef running two fusion Korean restaurants in Melbourne.
She has also produced culinary segments for SBS Korean Program, so as to introduce Korean dishes to those who have hardly experienced them.
