Australian Baseball League's first expansion team, 'Geelong-Korea' will be based in Geelong for the upcoming 2018/19 ABL season.
South Korean legend Dae-Sung Koo has been named the inaugural manager of Geelong-Korea.
Koo brings a wealth of experience to the role having played in the Korean Baseball Organisation, Nippon Professional Baseball, Major League Baseball and Australian Baseball League across a decorated 23-year playing career.
