There is increasing concern about the wellbeing of young people exposed to graphic and disturbing news on social media.
The most recent stress-and-wellbeing survey found teenagers spent on average of two hours and 40 minutes a day on social media.
More than half logged on to social media five or more times a day.

Reach Out has developed an online resource, backed by Twitter, to try to help young people deal with distressing content.
