North Korean expert Dr. Leonid Petrov said President Moon Jae-in is " a major victim of this change of international situation” and predicted that inter-Korean relations will be pessimistic over the next few years.


The SBS Korean program talks to Australia’s leading North Korean expert, Dr Leonid Petrov to find out what message North Korea wanted to send by blowing up an inter-Korean liaison office in Gaeseong.
