Yang recommends regular health check-ups and the consumption of less salty and spicy food to help prevent gastric cancer.


We have spoken to a Professor Han-Kwang Yang who is the Director of the Gastric Cancer Center at Seoul National University Hospital.

 

Professor Han-Kwang Yang graduated from Seoul National University and has done his training in the Department of General Surgery at Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH). He is currently the Director of the Gastric Cancer Center at SNUH as well.

 

He advised that people who eat salty food have a higher risk of getting gastric cancer
