Mat Jones, an Australian surf instructor who owns an iphone7 told 7News that his iphone7 burnt and destroyed the interiors of his car after taking a surfing lesson. Mat Jones told that he was sure the iPhone was the source of the fire.
Mat Jones claimed that he had purchased his phone just a week ago and he had never dropped the phone even once. Also, he did not use any third party charger for his iPhone 7.
Apple Australia is investigating a claim that an iPhone ignited and burnt out Mats car.
