Australian born Korean Simon Jung works at one of the big four accounting firms, Deloitte as business consulting manager, reviewing management systems and planning measures to enrich company management. Simon also acts as a mediator between Deloitte Australia and its Korean branch to ensure smooth cooperation between the two branches.
Since Deloitte values leadership, cooperation, and communication skills, Simon encourages Korean Australian graduates who seek to join Deloitte to actively participate in activities including volunteer works and club activities, rather than just studying.
Simon said his goal is to become chief financial officer (CFO), one of the top executives of a big firm.
