The 2019 Korea-Australia New Energy Industry Forum was held at the Sydney International Convention Centre on 14 June 2019.
The event was co-organised by the Australia-Korea Business Council and Korean Embassy.
The purpose of the forum was to bring together industry leaders and entities to discuss the latest trends and emerging business opportunities in energy between Australia and Korea.
Both Korea and Australia consider Hydrogen as a key priority and this forum is a timely opportunity to come together to discuss how we can maximise the potential of our relationship.
Speakers at the symposium included Robert Dunlop, Senior Managing Director and Chairman of Global Natural Resources, Macquarie Capital, Jin-Nam Park, Chair of working group in H2Korea, Ben Cooper, General Manager of Renewables at UGL and Allen Choi, Managing Director of LG Chem Australia.
The event was held as part of the broader 2019 Australian Energy Storage Conference & Exhibition.
