Korean Australian communitys key theatre company EU will stage Gu-Un-Mong 2 directed by Hae Yun Kang at Lennox Theatre in Parramatta, Sydney from 8 September to 11 September 2016.
It is a sequel to Gu-Un-Mong presented in 2014 which was a murder mystery thriller that brought about a strong audience reaction.
While the time setting of the first episode was 2014 in Sydney, the upcoming stage is based on the late period of the Chosun when the first Australian Christian missionary was dispatched to the country in which Christianity was oppressed.
