The Cairns Post reported that Korean man, 24, charged with rape after he sexually assaulting a woman at Cairns in north Queensland.
The man is alleged to have grabbed a woman, 26, from behind on last Sunday and he allegedly dragged the woman along the and smashed her mobile phone.
The 24-year-old man was charged him with rape, assault with the intent to commit rape and wilful damage.
