Both supporters and opponents of President Park Geun-hye staged rallies in Seoul, Wednesday, on the occasion of the nation's Independence Movement Day, to press their demands for upholding or rejecting her impeachment.
Presidential frontrunner and former head of the Democratic Party Moon Jae-in and Seongnam Mayor Lee Jae-myung attended the anti-Park rally.
Korean political commentator JS Suh said Politicians appearing in rallies show an action of cowardice. Citizens are in the street as a result of lack of political solution and politician should bear the responsibilities.
Mr Suh also makes some comments about the court ruling on President Park Geun-hye's impeachment.
