Herald Sun reported that Footscrays Quarry Park in Melbourne would get a $6 million upgrade and could become the home of Melbournes first Korean War memorial.


Herald Sun reported that Footscrays Quarry Park in Melbourne would get a $6 million upgrade and could become the home of Melbournes first Korean War memorial.

The masterplan for the park was endorsed by the Maribyrnong council at a meeting last week. Councils planning services director Nigel Higgins said capping works were expected to be approved by the EPA early next year and would cost $2.3 million in the Herald Sun.
