In recent times, the number of business trust disputes in which investors (trustors) sue their trust companies has been rising. In creating a trust, the trustor and the trustee sign a written contract under which the trust property is conveyed to and managed by the trustee. As business trust disputes often arise from trust contracts, they appear to be ordinary contractual disputes at first glance. Next month, we will find out more about a Trust in succession.
