Man arrested in Seoul over one hundred million won exchange scam and 13 international students and Korean-Australians in Australia were harmed by fraud between February and October this year.
Mr Lee advertised that he can give better exchange rate than banks but he made bad use of international exchange system. Reportedly, he also has a history of similar fraud in Canada in 2013.
