In the Gallup Korea poll Moon obtained a support rating of 40 percent and maintained his lead over Ahn who received 24 percent.
It was expected that the presidential election on May 9 2017 might be a battle between two potential winners; Moon and Ahn.
However, as the supporting rates for Ahn has been falling, it seems to be getting obvious that Moon is maintaining his lead.
Tonight, the fifth TV debate is going on air. It was strongly believed that the media activity would not make a big impact to voters however, in this election the TV debate is becoming a game changer.
