NBN upgrade to deliver ultra fast internet to millions more Australians

Ultra-fast broadband for more Australians by 2023. That's the latest promise from the federal government which says the NBN will be upgraded at a cost of 4.5 billion dollars to provide speeds of up to one gigabit per second.
