Korean Non-blockbusters We Cant Miss explores well-made Korean films but which were not successful at the box office. This week's episode features Rho Deoks 2015 film, The Exclusive: Beat the Devil's Tattoo and The Tenor - Lirico Spinto directed by Kim Sang-man in 2014.

The thriller film, The Exclusive: Beat the Devil's Tattoo features the meaning of truth through a reporter named Heo Mu-hyuk who writes a false exclusive on a murder case and keeps writing false reports although he knows its false. The film also satirises the problem of todays journalism as the newsroom is just obsessed with huge exclusives whether its true or false.

The Tenor - Lirico Spinto is the first Opera-themed film in Korean film history. The film is based on a world-famous opera tenor, Bae Jae-cheols real story of how he overcame crises - suffering from thyroid cancer. Yoo Ji-tae who portrayed Bae underwent vocal training for more than a year to acquire the technique to believably lip sync every opera song he sings in the film.
