Two-thirds of women with the most common form of breast cancer may not need chemotherapy.

A study of more than ten-thousand women has found a genetic test can identify those who can safely skip chemotherapy.

The study looked at women with the most common forms of early-stage breast cancer.

Doctors say using the test to analyse early-stage tumours will help identify those that can be treated with surgery and hormone therapy alone.
