Founded by consultants on the Bitcoin digital currency, the Flux Party has a vision for how technology could change the way Australians vote.
With a federal election around the corner, there's a new political party on the block.
Max Kaye and Nathan Spataro are not your average politicians.
They have backgrounds in IT, and have both made money in the Bitcoin industry.
Their makeshift office in Sydney resembles the headquarters of a Silicon Valley startup.
Laptops and coffee cups dominate the room, and screens are filled with code under development.
The party they have founded, known as the Flux Party, is unique in that it has no policies whatsoever.
Mr Spataro says Australia needs a new political system for the information age.
