Business insider Australia reports that some Korean women choose a plastic surgery to become a flight attendant.


Business insider Australia reports that plastic surgery is popular amongst flight attendants applicants.

Flight attendants are one of the most popular jobs for Korean women because of great salary and perks as well as the fact they can travel all over the world.

It pays around AUD 4,600 per monthly and that is higher than most jobs for women in South Korea.

The job is often very competitive that more than 20,000 applicants apply for only a few hundred positions.

As it is believed that the flight attendants represent the airline, there has been a silent pressure of "to be more beautiful".

The applicants are required to provide their ID photo in their resume. Some women consider to have plastic surgery to be flawless.
