Hong Seok-hyun, the special envoy to the Unites States led the Korean delegation to Washington Wednesday while the special envoy to China, Lee Hae-chan, arrived in China on Thursday.

Moon Hee-sang, the special envoy to Japan, arrived in Japan and he agreed to build a forward-looking bilateral relationship with Japan.
